Osuofia feminine look
Wonders they say will never cease to end. This came to play as the controversial photos of two Nollywood practitioners, Nkem Owoh with Amayo Uzo Philips recently went viral on the internet.
The photo captured Osuofia putting on a feminine attire and ever since the photo went viral on the internet, the question that is still on the lips of his most fans and movie buffs is: what message was Osuofia passing with the act?'
The unfound truth is that the picture is from one of the movie scenes Amayo Uzo Philips is directing in Enugu State, and with an undisclosed title
MAJEK FASHEK TURNS BORN AGAIN -Gives Life To Christ At CMCM
Praise Jah! The Rainmaker, Majek Fashek, is now a new creature. The iconic musician who has been battling alcohol and drug addictions for sometime has finally given his life to Christ.
The troubled entertainer from whose fecund imagination emanated hit songs like Send Down The Rain, Holy Spirit, I&I Experience and so on publicly embraced Christ on Sunday, June 23, 2013. This was at the Christ Miracle Church Mission, situated at Iyasuna Crescent, off Ishola Bello Street, Ojodu, Lagos.
The church is being led by Prophet Peter Abiola Adebisi, JP. The Edo born musician had attended the church’s 7 Sundays of Anointing for Breakthrough Service for the first time, and got converted. Members of the church were thrown into joy afterwards. In fact, nearly all of them rejoiced with him. Especially when Majek was handed the microphone to do a song.
The song he chose to sing for the congregation was one of his classics, Holy Spirit. And as he did tears of joy streamed down some of the members’ faces!
YES International! could however not ascertain whether or not the Reggae music king in Nigeria has been regular in church since then. Or even whether some ministers from CMCM have been following up on him lest he backslides again. Majek Fashek, obviously in his 50s, about two decades ago, dominated the Nigerian music scene. A total musician, he could sing, play the guitar and also the keyboard.
Starting out as a member of the Jahstix band, his debut album, Prisoner of Conscience, catapulted his career and life to the zenith. Then, he was still with the defunct Tabansi Records and had Architect Aig Igiehon as his manager. He crossed over to Sony Music – and while there recorded albums like I & I Experience – featuring popular numbers like Mama Dede, Majek Fashek Inna New York and so on.
His wife, Rita and one of his sons, Randy are believed to still reside in America from where his addiction problem is believed to have begun. Now living from hand to mouth, Majek has been a shadow of his old self since his return.
Rev. Chris Okotie Denies Having Romantic Affair With Delphine
Few days ago, news went viral on the internet that respected man of God, Rev. Chris Okotie was allegedly in a romantic relationship with one beautiful lady called Delphine, which the singer-turned Pastor has now denied.
Okotie, in a statement made available to us by one of his media representatives, debunked the rumour and said the story is not true.
The statement reads, "our investigation has revealed that the story making the rounds on some blogs that respected man of God, Rev. Chris Okotie has found a new love is totally false.
"According to our findings, the Reverend has no love relationship with Delphine the lady in question , who only attended the recent event of the Copyright Society of Nigeria, COSON, hosted by Rev Okotie’s Household of God Church, as one of the invitees.
"Some guys, who are trying to extort money from the young lady, embarked on this campaign of calumny, on the erroneous impression that because she was spotted in the Household of God Church on one or two occasions, she is probably close to the flamboyant pastor, whereas Delphine only attends events there on the invitation of her friends.
"Realising the frivolity of this story, the Reverend’s camp has so far ignored it to avoid it undue importance.
N.8m Internet Fraud Rocks Diamond Bank
Just when most banks in Nigeria are investing heavily in making their online banking operations very secured, thereby building customers’ confidence, Diamond Bank seems to be left behind and happy at the hardships its customers are presently languishing in due to the bank’s inefficiencies.
Or what best can explain how some fraudsters would transfer the hard-earned money of a customer of the bank (name withheld), who paid the bank for a so-called ‘secure token’, which is an anti-fraud hardware, and Diamond Bank cannot explain how the ‘secure token’ was breached and money moved without its knowledge or the customer’s and Diamond Bank is now trying to absolve itself from the whole mess?
No doubt, Diamond Bank might be telling its customers that their hard-earned money is no more safe in their custody. The bank cannot still explain what happened to the N818,000 of the said customer or blocked the accounts where the money was transferred to. Ripping off Nigerians you would say?
Narrating his ordeal in the hands of Diamond Bank, which is gradually becoming one of the most fraudulent banks in Nigeria, the embittered customer claimed that the bank is trying to push the blame to him after he was earlier told by the bank to pay the sum of N4900 for the ‘secure token’ to protect his internet banking from fraud. But after obliging the bank, he can’t get explanations as to how his 818,000 was transferred by some unscrupulous elements without his knowledge.
Mi5 gathered that this is just one of the numerous cases of the fraudulent activities going on in the Alex Otti-led Diamond Bank, which prides itself to be a bank that is ‘there for you’. Some customers of the Diamond Bank told Mi5 that most of these frauds, especially the internet scams, are allegedly carried by the IT department of Diamond Bank. The affected customer narrated his ordeal below.
“Please I am going through serious pains right now and I really need help on the way forward. I opened a Salary Account with Diamond Bank in September 2012 to keep funds for my wife as I was travelling for my M.Sc program in the United Kingdom this January 2013.
“I applied for internet banking to be able to make transfers in December 2012 paying the exorbitant amount of N4,900 which they told me was for a token device which would secure my account from fraud.
“As at April this year, from salary inflows and other deposits, I had a total of about 820,000 Naira in the account. I woke up on the 23rd of April 2013 to see multiple debit alerts from my account with my so-called secure token still in my bag here in the UK.
“I immediately emailed the bank on the fraudulent withdrawal and received only an auto-response. With the lack of reply, I called their customer care line and after waiting through the long interactive voice response process finally got to speak to someone.
“The person who answered said they were going to take on the case and I kept getting new responses anytime I called back. It was a day later after angrily speaking to the person who gave me another assorted ‘canned’ reply that I was given a phone number which I should call to get the matter resolved.
“When I called, I spoke to a certain Mr. Ifeyemi who said they are investigating the matter and also asked me a series of questions to support the investigation. Based on the outcome of the so-called investigation, the bank is telling me stories that an email was sent to my laptop which took the money.
“I am now being told by diamond bank that I would be the one to look for the fraudsters and they are not liable for any damages. The accounts where my hard-earned money was transferred to are all indicated. Isn’t a bank which sold me a product which is secure supposed to freeze the accounts where my money was transferred to pending investigation since I reported the fraud immediately?
“My wife is stranded in Nigeria. I am stranded in the United Kingdom and the Bank which claims to be ‘There for you’ is trying to avoid all responsibility for the occurrence after I have paid for a ‘secure toke’
Maybe those banking with Diamond Bank will have to be very careful of their hard-earned money in the bank’s custody or how can Diamond Bank claim to be ‘there for you’ when it’s never there when you truly need a bank? Maybe customers need to think twice now after reading this story

Ini Edo Turns spartacus To PA
Ini Edo is in the news again, yes, in the news but this time, she is in the news because she recently turned one of her bouncers to her Personal Assistant. And how is that my business you may ask? but remember, NFC is a gossip site and we do gossip.
Back to the matter. The star actress was recently in Enugu for a movie shoot. And trust some Enugu people, they rushed to the Akwa-Ibom State-born wife of an Edo State-born US-based businessman, to flock her like ants do to sugar.
In an effort to control some overzealous fans who have come to glance at their queen at the Akanu Ibiam airport in Enugu, Ini Edo ordered one of her bouncers to work as her PA.
As we heard now, the able-bodied PA is doing his job very well in every ramifications. Those who should know even squealed to us that the actress has allegedly sacked her former female PA. Who won't like to have a 'Spatacus' as a PA?

"Why We Changed Our Family Name From Ojukwu To Damasus
“I'm from Delta State. I was born into a Christian family of five girls and a boy. I lost my brother in 1991 to asthma. I lived with my parents until I came to Lagos after my secondary school. I was living with my sister, got into music and that was when I went to Klink Studio, joined a band and started performing live. My daddy is a fantastic man. He is Chief SKC Damasus. He was a banker all his life. During the war he was a soldier and after the war he became a banker. My mum is a banker as well. I was brought up in a home of bankers. Everything was by the book. You go to school, come back, study, receive guests and the likes. Again, because I had older sisters things were easier. Growing up was fun.
My family name was changed from Ojukwu to Damasus during the Nigeria/Biafra civil war because we were being mistaken to be related to a warlord. I was told that my family name used to be Ojukwu but during the civil war there was confusion because a lot of my family members were mistaken to be related to one war lord. They were burning a lot of houses in my village so my father and his brother decided to adopt my grandfather's first name. It was a Greek name which was Damasus, my grandfather's name was Damasus Ojukwu. So I was born into Damasus not Ojukwu and the only thing I know about the civil war are the stories my parents told me.” - Stella Damasus

What Would OJB Do? – Now He Has Excess Money!
When OJB turned to the general public for financial help (100,00 dollars) in order to pay his medical bills, he trusted that Nigerians would answer. And answer they did.
A lot of individuals made private donations to either of the 2 bank accounts (in his name) that was provided. And not just ordinary Nigerians, we have heard that some fellow entertainers came to his aid with the likes of Don Jazzy, D’Banj, PSquare (who gave 5 million naira), etc donating to the loving and humane cause of ensuring that OJB survives this trying period of his life.
Considering that he asked for 100,000 dollars and has not been clear with the public concerning how much he has raised, the public do not know whether the expected figure has been reached or even exceeded.
Today we have been told that the Rivers State governor has donated the entire 100,000 dollars that the young man needs in one lump sum.
So, the question arises, should OJB pull down his banners and request cards for donations to him considering the amount of money he has already received?
Now that he has gotten all these money and in excess of what he asked for, should he return the rest to the donors or better still find causes in Nigeria – people who need help just like him, and hand the excess over to them because he did not earn the money neither did he work for it. It is simply donations and you are not meant to enrich yourself with donations.
I am not being harsh on OJB simply because, Nigerians are always willing to help whenever there is need and since we live in a society where people are in constant need of help, those who have received what they asked for, should clear the line for the numerous others who are in dire need of help to receive help.
So now that OJB has received more than he asked for, he needs to exhibit the same kindness and love he received from others by making donations of the excess that he has received to those people who need it all over the nation.
So, what would OJB do?

Why Jesse Jagz, Brymo Dumped Choc City--Label Boss, Audu Maikori Speaks At Last
A couple of months ago, Jesse Jagz left Chocolate City, aka Choc City. Some weeks after, another artiste under the same label, Brymo, dumped Choc City even though his contract hasn't expired. The exit of the two artistes sent a signal that all was not well with the record label, which has now produced a BET awards winner; Ice Prince.
Recently, Brymo claimed he was cheated by his former label, which forced him to quit Choc City.
However, Audu Maikori, who is the boss of the label, has finally spoken on the matter and has explained why both singers left Choc City. He said Brymo left because the singer felt the label wasn't giving him the necessary attention he needed and accused the label's management of concentrating too much on Ice Prince.
On why Jesse Jagz dumped the label, Audu explained that the rapper wanted absolute control of his business. He stated further that Jesse Jagz's lyrical contents and music videos gave an impression that he encouraging drugs and nicotine, which is completely against the company's policies
23 Year-Old Man Weds White Granny In Lagos |
We’ve had several occassions where young Nigerians get married to old foreign women in the past, but this just seems to surpass all of the ones i’ve seen. This woman is old enough to be the groom’s grandma. What do you think of this marriage
Pastor Tunde Bakare Condemns Suspension Of John & Love Kumuyi
Pastor Tunde Bakare of Latter Rain Assembly has condemned the suspension of John and Love Kumuyi from the church. Here is what he said in a new interview;
I personally did not see what they have done wrong. A man is entitled to his own authority in his own home.1st Peter Chapter 3. A wife should dress to please the husband and not the members of the church or public. It’s sheer wickedness to the couple, they should leave them to enjoy their honeymoon.
They should not squeeze them to the modus operandi of a particular organization. I did not see anything wrong in the wedding. The bride was not naked or dressed inappropriately and the groom didn’t. Esther the queen was beautifully dressed in the bible to gain the king’s attention. They should not make mountain out of a molehill.
I was in the Deeper Life Bible Church for five years and nobody compelled me to dress the way I dressed. My wife was with me in the church though we weren’t married then. She wears earrings and dresses nicely. All this talk about this couple should stop
Pastor Kumuyi Offers To Resign Due To Son's Wedding Controversy
The General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor Williams Kumuyi has offered to drop his position as the GS of the church due to the ongoing controversy trailing his son's wedding.
The Controversy:
Kumuyi's second son, John, and his wife Love wedded in Jamaica on June 15th, 2013 and the wife, Love, decked in attire different from the acceptable standard set for Deeper Life mambers by the church - a simple white cotton dress with no accessory, and makeup free.
Love was dressed in a fitted Cinderella wedding gown with a see through sleeves, wore a makeup, jewelry, and a bouquet of flower, and a huge throat-dripping cake. The couple also drove home in a limousine!
These generated myriad of controversies on social media, and criticism especially from the members of the church.
Though the couple felt remorseful and tendered an open apology but was declined by the father. They were later suspended from the church by the General Superintendent himself.
New Development:
According to Sunday Sun, the practice in the Deeper Life Church is that, if members' children misbehave, both the children and their parents get punished on the ground that it's the parents failing in their responsibilities.
It was learnt that during the meeting held by the leadership of the church concerning the issue, Pastor Kumuyi offered to resign as General Superintendent just to demonstrate there is no double standard in the church, but the members refused his request
Singer Iyanya Is Also Interested In Toolz Big Waist?
Recently, on air personality Toolz had a close up chat with Iyanya's ex-lover, actress Yvonne Nelson and she ensured that the necessary questions were asked and answers provided.
Fast forward to now, Toolz is claiming she is still a virgin [but many are doubting her] and it seems Iyanya has an eye for eye BIG waist, because he was all over her the last time he was with her in the studio.
Anyway, I think it's safe for Toolz to be careful of this guy that has a hit track titled 'All I want is your Waist". See what Iyanya did for her on her birthday below:
£3,000 UK Visa Bond, Insult to Nigeria – Oba of Lagos
Oba-Rilwanu-Aremu-Akiolu[1]Oba Rilwan Akiolu, Oba of Lagos, has described the £3000 visa bond being proposed by the United Kingdom’s Home Office for Nigerians wishing to enter the UK as an insult to Nigerians.
Akiolu who spoke at an event where Peter Carter, deputy British High Commissioner, was present, berated the decision of the British government, saying the move was also an insult on Nigeria as a country.
The monarch said “Nigerians do not welcome the idea and the government of the United Kingdom (UK) should do something urgently to reverse the decision.”
The British envoy in a swift reaction, said the decision was meant to checkmate high risk applicants adding that media report over the matter had caused a lot of upset.
He said the UK Home office initiated the pilot scheme involving a lot of countries, but said no form of decision had been taken yet over the matter.
Public outcries in Nigeria and other countries affected by United Kingdom’s controversial plan for a £3,000 bond on persons from Nigeria and other listed countries seeking entry to the UK forced the British government to rethink the policy
It would be recalled that Theresa Mary May, British Home secretary had put forward a £3,000 cash bond to deter “high risk” Asian and African short-term visitors from overstaying in Britain.
The scheme was floated at the weekend by the home secretary and provoked uproar in India and Nigeria, which were among the six countries named as possible targets, with threats that reciprocal action should be taken against British visitors.
The other countries were Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Ghana
STAR ACTOR, IKEM CHUDE WEDS IN LAGOS
On Sunday 16th March 2013, Nollywood actor Ikem Chude married his heartthrob of many years, Chioma Peter Dike at the popular Dr. Fireman’s Church, Ketu Close off Brown Rd, Aguda Surulere, Lagos. Unpatriotic Ice Prince Deserved The BET Awards Embarrassment He Got
With pain deep inside me, I wept at the humiliation meted out on Nigerian rapper, Ice Prince Zamani at the recently concluded BET Awards, which he won as the Best African Act in the 2013 edition. But when I watched over again, I paused and said to myself, "Ice Prince is a total disgrace to not Nigeria alone, but to the whole of Africa."
Why did I say so to myself? Good question. If you watch clearly, you will agree with me that Ice Prince should be banished from Nigeria. What was he thinking when he wore a shirt designed with an American flag? Does that mean if he was presented his award in front of American stars present at the awards, he would have said indirectly that he wasn't proud of Nigeria?
That's an unpatriotic behaviour from Ice Prince and he shouldn't be pitied because to me, he deserved the humiliation he got from the organisers of the event. He was made to speak to an empty hall after getting his prize.
Even though the awards is aimed at rewarding black entertainers, people like Ice Prince are not proud of where they come from. They think by wearing a US flag designed cloth will make them break into the American market. Forget it, Americans know themselves and you are not part of them. He should be licking his wound now in shame. He really deserved the embarrassment. Ice Prince has clearly shown that he could be a 'money miss road'. He claims to be a celeb in Nigeria while trying to be an errand boy at an US main event. Do our celebs worth it?
A Fela would have treated your 'ef up' if he was alive. It is high time we started aligning with our identity and flaunt it to the whole world no matter what. I won't use a left hand to describe my fayher's house. We are Nigerians, we are Africans, Awoo

I Found Joy In An Older Woman----Tayo Babatunde Bernard aka Baba Tee
Tayo Babatunde Bernard, better known as Baba Tee, is a fast-rising actor/comedian. In this interview with FUNSHO AROGUNDADE, the 32-year old actor spoke about his marriage to top celebrity journalist, Yetunde Oduwole
Have you produced any movie of your own?
I have one already, Ijewuru, which was all about an eating competition and really I thank God for its acceptance.
How are you coping as a married man?
I don’t talk about my love life.
Why?
I just don’t know how to talk about it. Please, I wouldn’t want to talk about my marriage
But you married a woman who has been saying a lot of nice things about you?
It doesn’t matter. I just don’t feel it is necessary to talk about that part of my private life.
Given that you married an older woman, what is your perspective about age in marriage?
From my little experience, there are what we called culture and norms. The Yoruba culture is very rich and the traditions place much emphasis on seniority. God had created Adam before Eve and that means the male is the superior and it has remained that way.
But if God had created Eve before Adam, maybe we would have been having older women marrying younger men. But because of culture which lay emphasis on the role of men as the head and he must be older, we can’t fault that. It is a cultural thing in this part of the world but not everywhere.
But even at that, I still feel there is nothing special about age. After all, Prophet Mohammed (SAW)’s wife was older than him and he still remains one prophet we make reference to and revere. So, there is only one thing I believe in life which is joy. Basically, I think wherever and whoever will give you joy should be the most important. To me, age is never a barrier.
A lot of parents have driven their children to untimely deaths by making them go against their hearts’ desires . Your partner will be with you for more than 50 or 60 years but your parents won’t, so, irrespective of age, people should go for whoever they find love with. To me, I’ll go for what will give me joy and have no regrets. Age is nothing to me in a relationship, it is where I will derive joy from that I will be.
How are you handling your female admirers?
It is normal for ladies to come around but it doesn’t go beyond that. I appreciate beauties but I draw the line between everything that I do and don’t allow myself get caught in any unwholesome act. I also try to remind myself of how I started. I go back to those places that remind me of my background and that helps me to stay disciplined.

The Public Has Negative Perception Of Artistes - Binta
Sokoto state-born BintaYahaya is an actress and a journalist. She is the presenter of ‘Aladun Arewa,’ a programme on African Magic Hausa. She is one of the fast rising stars in Kannywood film industry in Nigeria. She speaks to SOLOMON NDA-ISAIAH about her life as an actress
What is new about you?
Journalism has always been a passion for me but movie was my initial passion. I see the journalism part of me as new and unique because a lot of people do not know that part of me, they only see the actress side of me. I intend making a career out of journalism by God’s grace.
What have you been up to in recent time?
I have been doing a lot of project but most of them are still in their early stages. I have a project in Niger Republic, which I will not want to say much about now. I featured in about two movies last year and I also participated in a very interesting series.
So which do you prefer; an actress in Nollywood or Kannywood?
I actually belong to both sides of the industry. As an artist it would not be fair to limit myself to only one aspect ofmovie making industry in Nigeria. I think that a real artiste should be versatile and able to fit into anyrole assigned to him or her.
What is your opinion of the Nigerian movie industry?
Well it is a lot different from what it used to be in the past. It is an industry that has a future, but it is left to the artistes to build the industry together. Most of our Nigerian actors and actresses are leaving to other places, like foreign countries but there is more we can do to make things better for us that are here in the country.
The president has been very close to the movie industry in recent times, have you in any way gained from the money the president gave?
Actually I am yet to see any money, I am aware of the money which the president gave out but I am not aware of the disbursement.
Who is your role model in the industry?
I have a lot of role models, one of which is Genevieve. I like the way she carries herself and express herself in movies. I also like Ali Nuhu and the way he dedicates himself to what he is doing both for the Kannywood and the Nollywood. These are the two people I look up to.
What has been your greatest challenge since you started acting?
Well for most of us, the challenge is being respected and understood. The way people view the artiste is mostly in the negative. The public see us in the negative light but some of these perceptions are wrong.
Have you ever been sexually harassed?
Not at all. I hear of such things from others but personally I have not experienced such.
How do you relax?
Sometimes, I like to travel but most times I watch movies because it helps me to improve on my acting career.
Your Favourite holiday spot?
I love Malta; I love Greece and the European continent, which is one place I always like to visit.
What is your favourite food?
I love beans a lot and I also like our local foods, they are natural and nutritious. I prefer them to packaged foods you see around.
What advice do you have for people who want to be like you?
My advice is that in whatever you choose to do, you should love it enough to do it even when you are not paid. There is a difference between a hobby and career. People should try to do things they love. One has to be much focused as well because in life there are lots of distractions, and then, let God lead the way in all that you do.

Has Pastor Chris Okotie Found A New Lover?
There are reports that Pastor Chris Okotie of the Household of God Church, Lagos may have found a new lover to keep him warn whenever the weather gets cold. Some reports are suggesting that the man of God, who has divorced more than once, might presently be in love with a light-skinned young lady simply called Delphine.
The interesting thing about the whole thing is that the beautiful lady does not worship at Okotie's church as she is reported to attend another popular church in Lagos.
If this report is true, Delphine might be the next Mrs Okotie, but for now, she might just remain a candidate of the Mrs Okotie 'vacant title'.
But wait a minute, it seems Okotie loves light-skinned ladies

Lesbianism Won’t Stop in Nollywood – Vivian Pius
Despite
government’s frown at illicit coupling of same sex, and earnest prayers
to see an end to the sudden surge of lesbianism in Nigeria’s movie
industry, one of Nollywood’s own, Vivian Pius, said that lesbianism is a norm in Nollywood that is not going to stop soon.
“Lesbianism has come to stay in Nollywood. Though it exists in other industries such as banking, medicine and others, that of Nollywood is more open to the public because of who we are, as societal role models”.
It has come to be seen as a cartel where those who belong to a group find it easier getting movie roles. Some of them can even make you rich overnight beyond your expectation. Those who are in it and know their onions can tell you better.
They get the best of jobs, drive the best cars and seen at the most exquisite places. The same goes for the gay guys.
The industry has become what many of us never dreamed of, going the way of Hollywood and other European movie industries. It is also in Alaba International Market, they control the industry. It is all about packaging. But there is still hope that those who are not patronising them will still make it in Nollywood

I Can’t Expose My Selling Point For Any Reason –Nollywood Actress, Mimi Orjiekwe
In case you didn’t know, Miriam was the place the Mimi that complemented
the Orjiekwe emerged. Today, the name has grown in leaps and bounds,
even as the face has constantly continued to remain famous and known.
The fact that this sexy, light-skinned and sparkling actress is taking the center-stage of the Nollywood industry, does not in any way reckon around lip-servicing, as her uncanny and professional way of interpreting roles on screen cannot be over-emphasized. In this enthralling but sensational interview with Ugochukwu Favour-Mayor, Mimi Orjiekwe bares her mind on the over-zealousness of the everyday rising industry-Nollywood, and her childhood experience.
What’s your childhood story like?
I don’t have a different story, because I grew up like every other girl; it wasn’t bad. Things were good though I didn’t have everything I wanted but it was good. Being the only daughter, I always got attention from my parents and they pampered me a lot too. No matter I’m the third child and the only daughter of my parents, with three brothers.
So, you know what it is being the only daughter? I got it all that I couldn’t have asked for a better family. Being the only daughter doesn’t mean I’m a spoilt child. My parents monitored me, and they are still monitoring me to make sure I get the best in life.
How about your memorable moment while growing up?
What I can vividly recall was my time at the boarding house. Yes, I had my secondary education at Holy Rosary College. I used to get loads of provisions in school way back then. I was in my teens way back then and that’s a time in my life I memorably recall.
And it does not really mean that I didn’t cope, because I had to go through a process as boarder and when it was time for holidays I always relish the opportunity to be at home. Even when I was in the university, I lived in the campus. I have been living with my mum ever since I graduated from school and I am mostly in Lagos or in the East when I am needed on set.
How about your interest for modeling and what really motivated you for the beauty contests you’ve been part of in the past?
First, I would trace it to my days in the university, I schooled at Caritas University. While I was in school I was always conscious of myself and I emerged the winner of the Miss Business Administration beauty contest back in the university. Already I had the hunch that I would end up being part of one beauty contest or the other while growing up as a young girl.
I also have the height for such contests and that factor is very important when it comes to beauty contests. My passion was further fueled when I was discovered by a certain agent who works for a modeling agency and I took part in the Miss Anambra beauty contest and I emerged the 3rd runner up. At the same time, my venture into beauty contests also opened doors on the movie scene as I got my first movie role after I was discovered at a beauty contest
